ARTWORK and REPRODUCTION

Our production, all stages of which are performed in our organization, starts with Artwork. All required design activities are prepared by our company and transferred to reproduction unit thanks to our competent staff and appropriate equipment. In this unit, after the artwork process has been completed, the works are transferred to printing blocks by films. The works, all required pre-printing stages of which are completed, are examined by the Quality Control unit, and are transferred to printing upon approval.

PRINTING

While our enterprise attains very high printing numbers in a very short time due to technological development, it forges ahead quality principle.
The printing unit managed by pre-defined processed and forms, as required by the system, can respond to requirements of all types thanks to state-of-the-art and experienced personnel. Defective products and production is prevented through in-process controls conducted during printing operation performed according to current conditions.

VARNISHING

Varnishing process applied after printing according to customer requirements maximizes product resistance and visuality. Even the most advanced techniques can be easily transferred to products thanks to the state-of-the-art machines.

CUTTING

In cutting unit, laser blades which can produce an extremely precise cutting operation are used, the sheeted products can be swiftly converted into grains thanks to the latest cutters which use the blades. In addition, the visual richness of our day is transferred to products thanks to the silver machine.

SPLICING

The products converted from sheet to grain attain a 3D design thanks to our splicing machines  in the splicing unit, the last phase of production. It is our basic intention to maximize customer satisfaction thanks to our employees, and machines which can apply all current techniques. During the entire splicing procedure, the boxes are checked one by one with a special electronic reader, and the risks of mixing are completely eliminated. After the products are packaged according to customers’ standards, the products are taken to control area for final control prior to shipment.

SHIPPING

The products whose final controls are completed are ready for shipping with their certificates of analysis. Our shipments are delivered without any hitch to the delivery point of our customers’ choice at the required time both via our own transportation means and the fully experienced international transporters.
